What is BFZ Academy?

BFZ Academy is B.Freeazy Prod’s (BFZ) professional training programme for the next generation of elite Hip-Hop dancers and cultural creators in the Creative and Cultural Industries. Cohort 1 launches in Paris in September 2026: 20 dancers, 4 weeks, 120 hours, led by Fabbreezy – World Hip-Hop Champion, creator of the All School Method and choreographer for Disney Channel and Hulu series including “Find Me in Paris“, “Spellbound” and “20 Dance Street“. B.Freeazy Production is a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, making BFZ Academy one of the only Hip-Hop dance training programmes in France to hold this institutional quality certification. The top 5 performers earn several active professional roles in BFZ productions amongst screen credit in VISIONS, performance roles at KAVIBZ, integration into Call Out – The Game V2 as representative dancers, etc.

What BFZ Academy produces: Elite Talent with a Professional Track Record from Day One

BFZ Academy is not a standard dance school. It is a professional talent pipeline built into the BFZ production ecosystem… designed to take the most promising Hip-Hop dancers in France, Europe and globally and connect them directly to professional productions, documented screen credits and international cultural infrastructure.

The curriculum combines 70% artistic practice and 30% professional & entrepreneurial development covering: musicality and sound sensitivity, technical mastery across the full Hip-Hop style spectrum, stage presence and performance, artistic identity and mindset, professional image and communication, strategic networking, business development and financial structuring for an artistic career. The programme ends with a public performance before a professional jury and the presentation of a structured 90-day career/business plan. Every graduate receives a BFZ Academy certification and a detailed attestation of competencies.

What distinguishes the model is its production integration. The top 5 graduates do not leave with a certificate and a hope. They leave with a working professional credit within a production slate that is already operational – which means the talent that brands and institutions meet through BFZ events, BFZ content and BFZ cultural partnerships has been trained, evaluated and selected by the same organisation producing those events and that content.

The remaining graduates are not left behind. Every BFZ Academy participant -regardless of final ranking- joins the BFZ Academy Alumni Network: a permanent professional community with direct access to BFZ’s ecosystem of partners, brands and cultural organisations across 20+ countries. Alumni receive the BFZ Partners & Brands Opportunities Newsletter -curated casting calls, activation briefs, collaboration opportunities and industry news from BFZ’s commercial and institutional network- as well as priority access to future BFZ Academy cohorts, KAVIBZ community events and Union of Winners activations. For brands and institutions, this means that a BFZ Academy partnership does not produce only 5 credentialed professionals and 15 also-rans. It produces 20 trained, culturally grounded and professional practitioners who remain connected to the BFZ ecosystem -and to the partners within it- for the long term..

Why BFZ Academy Matters to Brand and Institutional Partners

For brands and institutions partnering with BFZ Ecosystem, BFZ Academy represents three distinct assets.

A Verified Talent Pipeline. Most dancers who appears in a BFZ production, performs at KAVIBZ or features in a brand activation through BFZ has been trained within a Qualiopi-certified quality framework or carefully assessed and selected- not recruited ad hoc. This is the difference between booking performers and accessing a curated professional roster with documented competencies. For brands that need their cultural partnerships to be defensible -to boards, to compliance teams, to institutional partners- this structure matters.

A Documented Social Impact Story. BFZ Academy is specifically designed to create professional access for emerging talents. The programme’s Qualiopi certification and eligibility for AFDAS professional training funding mean it operates within France’s formal cultural education infrastructure, not outside it. For corporate sponsors, cultural foundations and public institutions with CSR or social impact mandates, BFZ Academy is a programme with measurable outputs: 20 dancers trained, 5 professional credits earned, one 4-episode WayV Media documentary series produced, one Luna Blu press campaign executed… all in a single 4-week cohort.

A Content and Activation Asset. The WayV Media documentary series following Cohort 1 (September–October 2026) produces weekly editorial content -participant journeys, training techniques, cultural knowledge- that travels across BFZ’s digital channels. A brand sponsor of BFZ Academy is not sponsoring a training programme in a studio. It is embedded in a 4-episode documentary series, a Luna Blu press campaign, a KAVIBZ performance credit and a Call Out card release – all from a single partnership.

What Most Cultural Training Programme Partnerships Miss: The Ecosystem Integration Dimension

Most professional dance training programmes operate in isolation from the production ecosystem around them. Brands that sponsor dance schools get a logo placement and a thank-you in the programme notes. Foundations that fund dance education get an impact report at the end of the year. The training and the cultural production it feeds are treated as separate worlds.

BFZ Academy is designed so that these worlds are the same world. The training feeds the productions. The productions give the training its purpose and its proof. And every brand or institution that partners with BFZ -whether through KAVIBZ, VISIONS, Call Out or the Academy itself- is part of the same interconnected infrastructure. This is what makes a BFZ Academy partnership fundamentally different from sponsoring a dance workshop: you are not funding a training programme in a studio. You are activating within a cultural ecosystem that reaches from Paris to Guadeloupe to 20+ countries, documented by WayV Media, amplified by Luna Blu, powered by Limitless Mind, and performed at KAVIBZ.

Since breaking became an Olympic discipline at the Paris 2024 Games, Hip-Hop dance has crossed a threshold in institutional recognition. BFZ Academy’s All School Method -a codified, transmissible pedagogy applicable across all foundational Hip-Hop styles and already used in professional certification courses in France- positions BFZ at the forefront of what post-Olympic Hip-Hop dance professional development looks like in Europe. The Qualiopi certification formalises this position within the institutional framework that public bodies, foundations and corporate CSR programmes require.
